• Interior walls:
• Are finished with gypsum cardboard and painted with washable paint.
• Joinery:
• The windows are made of PVC joinery, with five chambers, brand REHAU.
• Exterior doors are fitted with closure “multipoint”.
• Interior doors are cell with round lining, the mark BELLA CASA.
• Interior staircase
  Depending on the model of the house, there are two types of stairs:
• scale of solid oak wood boards finished and polished;
• scale of solid pine wood boards finished and polished and with moquette for protection of the stairs.
• Floors:
• Livingroom area is plated with massive bamboo floor, sandstone 60/60 cm and mosaic of natural stone, handmade. (only for FLORIDA houses)
• The area for dining is plated with massive bamboo floor. (only for FLORIDA houses)
• Bedrooms, dressing areas and the halls are plated with massive bamboo floor. (only for FLORIDA houses)
• Lumber rooms are plated, also with massive bamboo floor. (only for FLORIDA houses)
