Foundation

• It is made according to foundation projects and geotechnical studies:
• in the ground (120 cm):
1. concrete equalizer in ditches digged for housed bearings;
2. armed housed bearings;
3. crossbeam connection between bearings and all intersections. .


• Above ground (100 - 120 cm):
1. continue armed beams to share finite;
2. isolate perimetral all the spaces between the concrete beams, inside them;
3. fill with soil and compacting;
4. fill with washed stone, approximately 20 cm and compacting;
5. isolate the entire area with expanded polystyrene by 5cm;
6. place the polyethylene foil;
7. install reinforcement for the board;
8. pour the board.
