  • GREY - includes all operations described, less interior finishing, finishing terraces, gardens, pavements, heating device, radiators, doors, sanitary ware and electrical appliances
  • GEORGIA houses are not available in CENTAURI MEDIA I neighbourhood, but they will be available in CENTAURI MEDIA II
  • Surrounded land + all utilities + grass + plants + alleys + parking spaces: 80 €/m²
    EXAMPLE: land surface * 80 €/m² + house surface * grey price/key price = FINAL PRICE
